Company Profile

IDC is a design, development and manufacturing company supplying the electrical industry with a global range of powercords. Established in January 1986 the company has continually expanded its range of products and services and welcomes the opportunity to introduce our selves to new and existing customers via the Internet.

IDC currently has its head office in Alton Hampshire and the main manufacturing site is located in Dudley (West Midlands).

Our products are mainly sold directly to OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers) and through a network of electrical distributors.

Due to the nature of our business and the extremely competitive market we operate in IDC has continually invested in new designs and automated machinery so that we can lead the market with competitive pricing and customer service.

Company Services

Our main product lines are described in this web site, but we are also able to offer our customers a range of products which are sourced from around the world. We also welcome the opportunity to quote on new products that you may have designed but are currently not in production. We can develop and take new designs from basic sketches to full production.
